For Tebra practices

Your Tebra schedule, right in Google Calendar.

PracticeCal copies each provider’s Tebra appointments to their Google Calendar and keeps them updated automatically. If a provider wants, their busy Google time is held in Tebra too, so the front desk can see when they’re away.

Free during the pilot. No credit card.

Set up in minutes. Then forget about it.

The practice registers once. Each provider sets up their own calendar.

1

Register your practice

A practice admin connects Tebra and gets a read-only view of which providers are set up. One click lets every provider know.

2

Providers connect Google

Each provider signs in with their Tebra email, connects their Google account and picks a calendar.

3

It stays in sync

New, moved and cancelled appointments update about every 10 minutes, up to a month ahead.

Built for how clinicians actually work

One calendar for your whole life, without double entry.

Tebra to Google, automatically

Appointments show with patient initials, status (Scheduled, Confirmed, Cancelled) and whether the visit is virtual or in person.

Share busy times with Tebra

Optional. Your busy Google time shows in Tebra as “Unavailable,” so the front desk can see when you’re away. Only the time is shared, never what the event is.

A month ahead

See the next 30 days on Google, including recurring visits. When a visit moves in Tebra, it moves on Google too.

Each provider in control

Providers choose their calendar, turn busy-time sharing on or off, and pause anytime. Practice admins never touch anyone’s calendar.

Privacy first, by design

PracticeCal moves the minimum needed to keep a schedule in sync.

Initials, not names

Google only gets patient initials and visit status. No diagnoses, notes, contact details or insurance information.

Times, not details

For busy-time sharing, PracticeCal reads only when you’re busy. It never reads your Google event titles, descriptions or guests.

Encrypted and never sold

Connection details are encrypted at rest. No ads, no data sales, and Google data is used only to provide the sync.

Questions

Do we have to change how we use Tebra?

No. Keep scheduling in Tebra exactly as you do now. PracticeCal reads your schedule and updates Google.

What do my Google Calendar events look like?

Each appointment shows the patient’s initials, its status and whether it’s virtual or in person, like “A.R. Confirmed (Virtual).” Non-patient Tebra appointments show as “Tebra Event.”

Does sharing busy times stop the front desk from booking over me?

Tebra doesn’t block bookings over an “Unavailable” hold. The hold is a clear visual cue in the schedule.

Who can see what?

Providers see and control only their own setup. Practice admins see who’s set up and syncing, but not anyone’s calendar.

Can I stop at any time?

Yes. Pausing stops updates and removes any busy-time holds PracticeCal added in Tebra.

Which systems does it work with?

Tebra (formerly Kareo) and Google Calendar, including Google Workspace accounts.
